That's from Toy Story!!! They boys have a Woody doll that you pull a string in back and he also says that (along with 4 or 5 other things). He laughs before he says it too.
Wyatt used to say that same thing all the time! :*) How CUTE!!!! Vance always did remind me a little bit of Wyatt. How funny that he would pick the same statement in Toy Story that Wyatt did. ;)
