Rachel introduced me to a series of books. A series that I read in just a few weeks, I absorbed myself in them. Every night I craved the next chapter in the saga, it was an obsession. My companion. Maybe that's sad, but it is so true! It filled my dark hours of late, a welcome light that made my heart jump and my spirit soar. I've lost myself in the characters. I highly recommend the books. I'm not much of a vampire/sci-fi fan but these grabbed hold of me like no other series of books ever has.

Really? Everyone has recommended these books to me, and I don't know if I'll be able to get into them. I'm not much of a vampire person. But everyone says they are great-i'm sure I'll end up reding them.
Reading is my escape... I can always tell when something is bothering me even if I don't realize it yet, because I will escape into books completely unintentionally. I love reading anyway, but it's clear to everyone in the house when I'm escaping, too! :-)
